Sons at Cactus Brugge

I’m starting to accept that I like my concert photos a bit blurry.

It’s not that I can’t shoot sharp. I can (although I struggle to be honest with Nikon). There’s one sharp image in this series, just to prove that point.

But perfect sharpness often feels a bit dull to me.

Music or my favourite gigs aren't sharp. It moves. It shakes. It distorts. I like when an image keeps some mystery. When it shows the movement instead of freezing it. When it feels a bit chaotic.

Rock bands add distortion to a guitar for a reason no?
